Topsoil
We produce premium topsoil made from composted virgin soil that is screened to 3" minus for consistency and workability. Our topsoil contains no sticks, wood chips, or trash, ensuring a clean, high‑quality product suitable for landscaping and construction needs.
Independent testing by Legacy Engineering shows:
• Organic content: 5.6% to 8.5% (varies by feedstock)
• pH: 7.0 across all blends
This balance of organic matter and neutral pH makes our topsoil ideal for healthy plant growth and long‑term soil performance.
Mulch
We offer two natural mulch options:
• Hardwood mulch – dark brown
• Pine softwood mulch – yellow‑gold
Both can be used as‑is or colored for specific applications. All mulch is screened to 3" minus, the optimal size for moisture retention, weed suppression, and aesthetic appeal.
Tree Debris & Brush Disposal
We accept clean tree debris and brush—from pickup‑truck loads to 60‑cubic‑yard semi‑trailers. We do not accept root balls, no palm trees, palm logs, palm fronds, or land‑clearing debris.

Boiler Fuel
Our boiler fuel consists of 3" minus hardwood chips that deliver 70%+ of the BTUs per ton of coal, without the heavy metals or hazardous waste associated with coal or pet‑coke.
We have supplied boiler fuel to:

• Deer Haven Energy Center
• Rayonier Materials
Concrete & Asphalt Rubble Recycling
We accept clean concrete and asphalt rubble at NO CHARGE.
All material is crushed to 1.5" minus, producing a blend of gravel and fines that compacts exceptionally well. It is suitable for:
• Road base prior to paving
• Gravel roads and driveways
We also produce concrete rip‑rap, consisting of approximately 6" × 12" × 16" boulders ideal for:
• Armoring bulkheads
• Shoreline stabilization
• Culvert outfalls
